What are your contributions to the team?
+ Candidate must possess ability to work well with shop floor personal as well as engineering peers & leaders, demonstrate ability to project manage task from start to finish with minimal guidance. Competent in Industrial engineering subjects and applications with the ability to work with multi–disciplined teams.
+ Candidate will use data-driven problem-solving techniques designed to identify and address inefficiencies in a process, which improves its outcomes and makes these improvements more predictable.
+ Candidate must possess continuous improvement mindset, dedicated, customer focused, with a willingness to challenge the status quo. Must be a good listener, advocate for common sense, an Integrator, an enabler, flexible, agile, nimble, analytical, factual, an introspective thinker, a proactive planner & predictive.
