    Job Summary and Responsibilities

     

    As a Manager, Clinical Services, you will oversee daily operations and strategic direction for specific clinical service lines, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

     

    Every day you will manage and mentor clinical staff, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and efficiency.

     

    To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and clinical knowledge, driving continuous improvement and excellent patient care to meet organizational goals.

    Job Requirements

    Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred

     

    Three years' experience and clinical knowledge in the same or similar clinical specialty required

     

    Two years in a charge nurse/leadership or equivalent position required

     

    WA RN license required

     

    American Heart Association BLS required

    Pay Range

    $57.34 - $96.00 /hour
