What You’ll Do
As the Director of Day Programs, you’ll:
+ Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Day Program Managers, clinicians, and direct support staff.
+ Supervise a multidisciplinary team ensuring that behavioral supports, nursing, therapies, and community integration are delivered with consistency, compassion, and excellence.
+ Maintain clinical integrity through regular review of Day Habilitation Plans, documentation, and progress tracking.

What We’re Looking For
+ A mission-driven leader with deep knowledge of OPWDD regulations and best practices in day habilitation and clinical services.
+ Strong supervisory and organizational skills — able to lead diverse teams and manage multiple priorities with ease.
+ Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
+ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for quality and innovation.
• Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
+ Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in developmental disability services or a related human services field.
+ Demonstrated experience managing clinical or program operations within an OPWDD-regulated environment.
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between program sites by vehicle as needed.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your career in the developmental disabilities field and help shape the future of our Day Programs, apply today!
Your leadership can make all the difference — for our staff, for our programs, and most importantly, for the people we support.
