    Job Summary

    MOR PPM, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator supporting various customers and projects in multiple locations.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    + Coordinate and plan meetings and special events.

    + Manage and coordinate bid log development.

    + Manage and follow up on Worker’s Compensation, Auto, Liability and other Claims.

    + Assist with development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures across the enterprise.

    + Assist with creation and any backup support needed for proposal development.

    + Manage and assist with System Integration Management.

    + Coordinate all certificates of insurance.

    + Lead the Business Continuity Plan.

    + Review contracts for proper language and coordinate with internal counsel.

    + Manage the state contractor’s license and continuity.

    + Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.

    + Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.

    + Assist the President, CFO, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Safety Director, and HR Director with special projects.

    + Assist HR with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

    + Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently collaborate with team members.

    + College Education preferred.

    + Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in project management.

    + Strong planning and multitasking skills.

    + Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and professionalism.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
