    Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Floor Supervisors to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.     Pay

    $18.75 - $19.75 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding available products and services

    + Responsible for opening and closing in accordance with management directives and operational procedures.

    + Assistmanagement with the daily cash procedures and operations

    + Learn all roles within the department and provide hands-on support as needed to ensure seamless coverage and continuity of service

    + Monitor store floor, assist with guest and team member needs, and ensure integrity of physical inventory and par levels

    + Accurately record all transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system or assistwith self checkouts

    + Assist with team member check-in and check-out processes to include documentation, assign dorm rooms, and coordinate required maintenance and repair for new arrivals.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift

    + Perform other duties assigned

    More about you

    + Ability to deescalated guest and team member complaints or concerns and redirect to management

    + Previous experience working with point-of-sale and cash handlingrequired

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment required

    + Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Physical requirements

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

    + Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions

    + Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
