Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Food Service Supervisors to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

$19.75 - $21.75 / hour

What will you do?

+ Develop and maintain work schedules for employees, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.

+ Supervise and coordinate activities of concessions team members on a per shift basis, including training, counseling, and enforcing work procedures and service standards

+ Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and properly storing supplies and food items to ensure availability, organization, and compliance with safety standards.

+ Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations

+ Demonstrate versatility by learning all roles within the department and providing hands-on support as needed

+ Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift

+ Other duties as assigned

More about you

+ Minimum of at least 2 years supervisory experience required

+ Restaurant management experience preferred

+ Birchstreet and SYSCO order experience preferred

+ Previous cash handling or cashier experience required

+ Must be able to implement rules and direct employees

+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

+ No college degree required

Physical requirements

+ Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

+ Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally

+ May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season

+ Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist atthe waist, bending, and squatting
