    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    Account Manager – Security Operations

    Overview:

    Responsible for overseeing all security, administrative, and supervisory functions at assigned client sites. Ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Must be at least 25 years of age or older

    + Valid Tennessee Security Regulatory Board License (or ability to obtain)

    + Valid driver’s license

    + 3+ years supervisory experience in military, law enforcement, corrections, or licensed private security

    + Pass Behavioral Assessment and Background Investigation

    Key Responsibilities:Security Operations Management

    + Lead daily site operations and supervise staff

    + Ensure SOPs and post orders are followed and updated

    + Respond to escalated incidents and emergencies

    Client & Employee Relations

    + Build and maintain strong client relationships

    + Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction

    + Coordinate support services to meet client goals

    + Deliver KPI presentations

    Administrative Oversight

    + Ensure accurate reporting and contract compliance

    + Use WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting

    + Maintain client workforce portal and update KPI spreadsheets daily

    + Ensure officers use the Security Reporting System

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    + Train, coach, and support officers and supervisors

    + Conduct site inspections and employee evaluations

    + Manage disciplinary actions and resolve grievances

    + Maintain personnel records

    Training & Development

    + Conduct site-specific and refresher training

    + Develop staff in technical and professional skills

    Required Skills & Abilities

    Minimum:

    + Must have flexibility of schedule

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex situations

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    Preferred:

    + Experience with payroll, billing, and scheduling

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WinTeam

    Physical Requirements

    + Stand/sit for at least 1 hour without a break

    + Walk ½ mile and climb 20 stairs without stopping

    Education

    + Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
