Description of the role:

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Friendly Ford Lincoln in Monroe, MI, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and guidance to clients regarding automotive maintenance and repair services. You will act as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring smooth communication and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
