    Overview

     

    Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company who focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. We are curretnly seeking a Junior Help Desk to support one of our contracts.

    Minimum Requirements

    + 2+years experiencein Helpdesk/Desktop support

    + Providing first and second-level technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software.

    + Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with operating systems, applications (especially Office 365), and network connectivity.

    + Managing user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.

    + Configuring and deploying new hardware and software.

    + Performing system maintenance, updates, and migrations.

    + Documenting support requests, solutions, and incidents.

    Desired Qualifications

    + _Desired Qualifications:_

    + _Technical Skills:_

    + _Operating Systems: Deep knowledge of Windows and potentially Mac OS._

    + _Networking: General understanding of concepts like IP routing, DNS, and common network hardware (routers, switches)._

    + _Microsoft Ecosystem:_ _Expertise_ _in Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Outlook._

    + _Soft Skills:_

    + _Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently._

    + _Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills, with patience, empathy, and the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users._

    + _Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills._

    + _Independence: Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks without constant supervision._
