    About the Role:

    + Contribute to product design improvements, focusing on complex components within new product development projects.

    + Lead and/or support initiatives related to combustion safety and airflow optimization.

    + Enhance test fixtures and methods used for performance validation.

    + Develop and document test procedures for evaluating new designs.

    + Work independently with guidance from senior engineers.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support 5-year roadmap of residential gas furnace product development.

    + Collaborate across departments to understand customers' needs, invent solutions, and help define product features and functions.

    + Contribute to improve safety, reliability, and performance of our products.

    Basic Qualifications

    + Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in the Engineering Field

    + Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

    + Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of combustion or HVAC products and principles

    + Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Self-driven and proactive

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

    + Strong personal and technical communication skills

    + Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
