    RESPONSIBILITIES

    *(8431) MULTI-TRADE TECHNICIAN II

     

    This position must independently perform routine maintenance, repair and replacements in at least one of the maintenance disciplines: plumbing, electric, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical controls, painting, or masonry. Must possess general knowledge of building maintenance equipment and building management systems. Requires ability to understand basic operation and shutting down of fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems and other fire suppression systems.
