Job Function:

Operation of process equipment and others as assigned in a safe and efficient manner. Assist others to provide and organized and clean workplace including: all areas of the plant, workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms. Possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as a team. Ability to self-start yet take orders as directed. Other duties assigned.

Requirements

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Two years' experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

+ Experience and/or background in equipment operations such as molding rubber components, spraying adhesives and grit blasting metals.

+ Computer Familiarity.

+ Good English reading and comprehension skills.

+ Must be available to work split shift.

+ Candidate must have a strong desire to be a part of a high growth company with a results-oriented culture.

+ Ability to move and lift up to 40 pounds.

+ New hire would start on first shift (6am - 2pm) for purposes of training.

+ This position is compliant to US government ITAR requirements.
