Seeking a dependable and detail-driven Welder to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with a steady hand, a sharp eye for precision, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will weld stainless steel components, interpret technical drawings, and help build equipment that meets the highest standards for food service.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Weld stainless steel components using TIG /MIG techniques and cutting tools.

+ Weld sanitary stainless-steel equipment to meet hygienic standards for food service.

+ Interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders to meet precise dimensions

+ Cut, trim, and shape metal parts with accuracy and care

+ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

+ 2-4 years of TIG/MIG welding experience preferred (stainless steel)

+ Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints

+ Strong communication skills in English (read/write/speak)

+ Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus

+ Must pass a welding test.

+ Must be able to work OT as needed.

Salary Description

$20 - $28 an hour
