Description

Now Hiring: CNC Operators - Second Shift

Join our aerospace manufacturing team and play a vital role in producing precision-machined metal components that meet the highest industry standards. We're looking for dependable, skilled CNC Operators who take pride in their work and are ready to contribute in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

+ Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to manufacture high-quality metal parts.

+ Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.

+ Produce parts to meet required specifications and tight tolerances.

+ Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers.

+ Maintain accurate production and quality records.

+ Perform basic machine maintenance and setup tasks.

+ Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including use of required PPE.

Requirements

+ Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.

+ Solid understanding of machining operations and shop math preferred.

+ Ability to read and follow blueprints, travelers, and work instructions.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

+ Able to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and clear communication in English.

+ Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.

Physical Demands

+ Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.

+ Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.

+ Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

+ Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and use of fine motor skills.

+ Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.

Work Schedule

Full-Time, Second Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Initial training will be conducted during Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM for up to 90 days.

Pay Range

+ CNC Operator I: $18.50-$23.50/hr

+ CNC Operator II: $23.50-$27.50/hr

ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The candidate must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR.
