As a Client Services Consultant II, you’ll:
* Own the Client Experience: Take full accountability for day-to-day service support, partnering closely with Account Executives and leading the administration of multiple complex clients.
* Lead with Purpose: Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, prepare impactful materials, and drive finalist and stewardship meetings.
* Think Consultatively: Offer creative, consultative solutions and identify innovative plan design alternatives.
* Deliver Excellence: Provide timely, outstanding customer service and foster lasting client satisfaction.
* Shape Strategy: Lead account audits, strategic planning, and partner with financial teams to deliver insightful client reports.
* Share Your Expertise: Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert for Customer Unit and National Accounts.
* Drive Growth: Support RFP responses, facilitate contract execution, and ensure compliance.
* Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, competitor products, and legal developments.
* Master the Details: Apply analytical skills to MetLife’s group products, services, and systems.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications):
* 3+ years of insurance/account management/client service experience
* Passion for client service and continuous learning
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and remain flexible
* General understanding of employee benefits
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Webex
* Self-motivation and proactive personal development
* Willingness to travel (10%)
* High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
* Experience with Disability products and project management preferred
