Full-Time Position

Job Descriptions:

+ Provide 2nd level technical expertise in PLC controls-based troubleshooting, Controls hardware, and wiring specifically in support of new production line installation.

+ Follow direction from a Sr Controls Engineer.

+ Enhance manufacturing capabilities through the implementation of new ideas and methods. Independently execute project objectives to fulfill overall project goals and milestones.

+ Experience with PLCs, HMIs, drives, and safety systems and structured programming

+ Knowledge of controls systems design, hardware, and troubleshooting

+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong written & oral communications skills

+ Actively participate in all phases of projects including design, fabrication, off-line integration and testing, installation, production start-up support, training of plant personnel and technology transfer.

+ Individual must be capable of executing project assignments, in a team-based environment, with minimal supervision

Experience:

+ 4+ Years working with PLCs-Allen Bradley, Rockwell preferred HMIs, drives, and safety systems and structured programming, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Education:

+ Desired AAS or Higher. 3 additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of formal education (for a total of 10).
