    Department: SYS Provider Relations North

     

    FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

     

    Shift: Days

     

    Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

    Summary:

    Assists with implementation referral development activities and performs administrative duties needed to support physician relations department.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serves as primary physician relations resource. Provides on-site support with coordination of events, CE tracking, and process improvement efforts.

    + Makes regular face-to-face visits to referral sources within the community to support department communications.

    + Utilizes CRM program to track, trend and report activities. Reviews additional referral information to ensure service line growth. Completes a variety of administrative duties including managing calendars, booking travel, stocking office supplies and promotional inventory, and budget/invoice coordination.

    + Prepares presentation and educational materials, enters and tracks data in spreadsheets for report generation and presentation.

    + Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Preferred: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

    + 2 years' experience in Marketing, Public Relations or other related field.

    + Experience working with physicians and medical practices.

    + Experience in healthcare physician relations, provider relations or direct to physician marketing.
