**Boeing Global Services (BGS)** is seeking a **Quality Systems Specialist** to support F/A-18 Landing Gear among multiple other efforts at Fort Walton Beach, FL. This role will require both Quality Assurance and shipping and receiving support. The individual will works closely with the F/A-18 Landing Gear Global Technical Operations leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of quality products and services.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.

+ Performs inspections on aircraft assets for both modification and maintenance activities on multiple contracts.

+ Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures

+ Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems

+ Performs internal audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements

+ Documents audit results in standard formats

+ Works under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 1+ year of experience in a Quality Systems Specialist role

+ Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality deliver

+ Experience with Navy Logs and Records

+ Ability to collect and analyze data for metrics of site production

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ AS9100 Revision D experience

+ DCMA INST 8210.1C experience

+ Potential for security clearance

+ Prefer knowledge of QA_MRB

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

**Summary Pay Range:** $67,150 - $90,850/Annaully
