Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** General Production Associate - Entry Level

**Location:** Kernersville, NC

**Pay Range:** $17.5

**Shift:** First

What's the Job?

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions.

+ Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.

+ Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote a safe working environment.

+ Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to operate machinery and material handling equipment as assigned.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

+ Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to work location rules and procedures.

+ Basic physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and moving materials.

+ Open to entry-level candidates with minimal experience.
