Overnight Shift Differential: To be eligible, you must work at least 4 hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back

+ Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service

+ Apply discounts and promotions as applicable while following all company policies and laws related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, etc.)

+ Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out

+ Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, and displays properly

+ Assist with additional store duties as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

+ Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends (24/7 operation)

+ A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

+ Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude

+ Reliability, integrity, and a history of doing the right thing

+ A team player with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

+ Prior retail or foodservice cashiering experience is a plus

+ Ability to think quickly and adapt to change

+ Must meet legal age requirements to sell regulated products (alcohol and tobacco)

Physical Requirements:

+ While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen.

+ Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.

+ Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.

What will I do on the Graveyard Shift?

+ Greet every customer with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back.

+ Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.

+ Accurately ring up sales and merchandise, offering our customer available discounts/promotions while following all company policies and applicable laws regarding restricted sales. Must be of legal age to sell and stock regulated products.

+ Maintain cleanliness, inside and outside the store.

+ Properly label, rotate and stock shelves, coolers, and displays.

+ Additional duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

+ Flexible availability to support business needs for a 24/7 operation including holidays and weekends.
