Position Summary:
The Meal Production Associate plays a key role in the assembly and packaging of meal kits. This position ensures that all ingredients and packaging meet quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assemble meal kits by accurately portioning and packaging ingredients according to specifications.
+ Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness, removing any items that do not meet standards.
+ Follow recipes, labels, and work instructions to ensure correct packaging and labeling.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and production area.
+ Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
+ Operate scales, labelers, sealers, or other basic production equipment as trained.
+ Communicate any shortages, damages, or production issues to supervisors promptly.
+ Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Qualifications:
+ Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
+ Capable of lifting up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
+ Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Working Environment:
+ Cold or refrigerated environment (typically 35–40°F).
+ Fast-paced production setting with standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
+ Company-provided PPE (e.g., gloves, hairnets, jackets) required.
**Pay Details:** $17.25 per hour
