    **Job Title:** Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Urology/Gynecology

    **Location:** Zephyrhills, FL

    **Job Type:** Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift)

    Overview:

    We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)** to join our Urology/Gynecology office in **Zephyrhills, FL** . The CMA in this role will support both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of compassionate, efficient care throughout their visit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and prepare patients for exams and treatments in a warm, professional manner

    + Collect and record vitals, perform patient intake, and maintain accurate EMR documentation

    + Assist providers during exams and minor office procedures (urology/gynecology focus)

    + Administer medications and injections as ordered by the provider (if certified)

    + Perform routine clinical tasks such as urinalysis, EKGs, and phlebotomy as needed

    + Support front-office functions including scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/out

    + Maintain exam rooms and equipment in a clean, safe, and organized condition

    + Ensure compliance with all OSHA, AHMG, and regulatory standards

    + Provide outstanding patient service and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited Medical Assistant program

    + Current Medical Assistant certification from one of the following: **AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA**

    + Current **CPR certification**

    + Prior experience in **Urology, Gynecology, or a related specialty** preferred

    + Proficiency in EMR documentation and multitasking in a clinical environment

    + Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

    + Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a busy setting
