Job Summary and Responsibilities

_Our next RN Residency program start date will begin March 16th, 2026. Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Our target candidates are baccalaureate-prepared nurses who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program, and who have not previously worked as a registered nurse or interim permittee._

_New Graduate Cohorts will include:_

+ _Telemetry_

+ _Operating Room_

+ _ICU_

+ _ED_

Job Requirements

+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing within the past 12 months from start of program (Graduation 10/2024 or after).

+ 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.

+ An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire.

+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required prior to start of program.

+ Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.

This position is represented by SEIU L121RN and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement

Pay Range

$48.53 - $48.53 /hour
