Key Responsibilities:

+ Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment

+ Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance services across various systems including brakes, suspension, electrical, engine, and HVAC

+ Conduct vehicle inspections using both paper and digital forms

+ Assist with customer service and sales, offering expert recommendations

+ Mentor junior technicians through repair processes

+ Maintain shop cleanliness and equipment

+ Perform tire installations and repairs

+ Receive and stock inventory

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of automotive repair experience across multiple systems

+ ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within 12 months) or dealer equivalent

+ Valid Driver’s License

+ Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

+ Strong physical capability for heavy lifting and manual labor
