    What You'll Do

    + Oversee and implement individualized ABA programs

    + Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians

    + Support families through consistent collaboration

    + Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity

    + Participate in team meetings and clinical reviews

    What We're Looking For

    + Enrolled in or completed a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

    + 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience

    + Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred

    + Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance

    + RBT certification preferred

    + Must have CPR/First Aid, DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, and required immunizations (Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B/Tdap – declination acceptable, TB clearance within 3 months)
