    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Dump Truck Operators** for projects located in and around **Oakland, CA** . This is a **variable shift** opportunity with shifts possibly 6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM. The pay rate is **up to $32/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Operate 10-speed dump trucks safely to transport materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, asphalt, and debris to and from construction or job sites

    + Follow all DOT and site safety regulations while operating vehicles

    + Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, reporting any mechanical issues or damage

    + Assist with onsite material loading and unloading by positioning the truck accurately and communicating with equipment operators

    + Ensure proper dumping procedures to avoid spills or site hazards

    Requirements:

    + Must have experience operating dump trucks in a construction or job site environment

    + Full PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, high-visibility clothing)

    + Ability to work variable shifts and adapt to site schedules

    + Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to communicate effectively with onsite personnel
