    We are seeking an Account Representative to work in our Avon Business office. This representative will be responsible for completing accurate billing processes and collecting self-pay balances. Candidates must currently reside in Indiana or be willing to relocate.

    Essential Job Functions Include:

    + Processes claims in a timely and accurate fashion

    + Makes telephone inquiries on delinquent claims

    + Interacts with consumers in a polite and respectful manner

    + Ensures confidentiality of consumer records

    Education/Experience:

    + 2-3 years experience in computerized medical billing, coding, and collections

    + Knowledge of third-party payers, billing requirements, and reimbursement methods

    + Experience with spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
