Iron Mountain** **is seeking an** **experienced Operations Supervisor** **to join our** **Warehouse & Logistics** **team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for** **managing the day-to-day operational functions in the most cost-effective manner while ensuring we meet the needs of both internal and external customers** **. You will lead, inspire, and drive operational excellence at the facility, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

2nd Shift - 3:30pm - 12am Monday-Friday (Some Weekends as needed)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

+ **Lead** **daily operational functions by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate warehouse inventory, and developing production schedules to ensure the timely completion of all job assignments.**

+ **Collaborate** **with direct reports and other business areas to provide supervision, training, and performance feedback, while addressing employee issues and fostering open communication across all levels of the organization.**

+ **Ensure** **operational excellence by monitoring activity (including sales and record control), tracking performance against organizational objectives, and maintaining productivity, safety standards, quality control, and cost-efficiency measures.**

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

+ **Minimum of 2 years** **of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, with specific experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management (onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping).**

+ **Strong knowledge** **of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals to dynamically meet company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).**

+ **Proven ability** **in resolving conflicts, managing team dynamics, and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers and other business areas.**

+ **Physical requirements** **lifting at least 40 lbs, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.** **Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.** **Note:** **After an offer is accepted, all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.**
