Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Palantir Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions using Palantir Foundry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, architecting scalable data pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and building end-to-end analytical workflows that drive actionable insights. The role requires hands-on experience with Palantir’s ontology, pipeline builders, and operational workflows, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

+ This role may work with Palantir’s AI platform (AIP) to build operational AI workflows/agents into our Foundry environment.

+ Lead the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines, transformations, and analytical models within the Palantir Foundry environment.

+ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data models, ontologies, and operational workflows aligned with business outcomes.

+ Build and manage data ingestion frameworks, integrating sources such as ERP, CRM, IoT, and external APIs.

+ Optimize performance of pipelines and ensure data consistency, quality, and lineage across Foundry environments.

+ Develop custom applications, dashboards, and operational tools using Palantir Foundry’s tools (Code Workbook, Object Explorer, Ontology SDK, etc.).

+ Mentor junior developers and data engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

+ Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure data governance, access controls, and policy compliance within Foundry.

+ Work closely with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to automate deployments and CI/CD workflows.

+ Support solution documentation, design reviews, and technical walkthroughs for both internal and client-facing teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

+ Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

+ 5–8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or software development roles.

+ 3+ years of hands-on experience working on Palantir Foundry, including data integration, pipeline design, ontology creation, and operational workflows.

+ Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, and experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.

+ Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT design, data warehousing, and distributed systems.

+ Experience with AWS platform, including cloud-native data services (e.g., S3, Redshift).

+ Proven experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

+ Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and security frameworks.
