About the Unit:

+ Opening February 2026

+ Provides inpatient-level care with ED-style charting

+ Offers both variety and consistency — no two days are the same, but teamwork keeps the environment steady and collaborative

+ A true team-based culture where everyone supports one another and flexes to meet patient needs

+ When census is low, CNAs may float to other inpatient or COH units

Qualifications:

+ Current CNA certification in the appropriate state required

+ No experience required — new graduates and those early in their careers are encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

+ Experience:

+ One year of relevant experience, preferred.

+ Assisted Living facilities only: one year of experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.

+ Licensure/Certification:

+ Completion of NAI program, required.

+ Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

+ Medication Safety - AME, required.

+ NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

+ Additional Skills Preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
