What You'll Be Doing

+ Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

+ Coordinate plant maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.

+ Monitor inventory levels and manage material replenishment.

+ Support and develop team members through coaching and training.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational goals.

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, heavy machinery, and construction materials. Safety equipment and protocols are strictly enforced.
