    As a **Senior Business Analyst for Identity and Access Management** , you will work with business areas, technology, and vendors to implement new platforms, features, and processes for IAM. You will stay updated on industry changes to help IAM deliver top digital experiences and customer service to the lines of business that IAM serves. You will help develop and implement strategic plans to boost client and advisor satisfaction with our tech platforms. You will collect and analyze data from several sources, track platform performance, and collaborate with internal and external parties to define and prioritize requirements. You will also support end user requests from the business for help in understanding the existing IAM processes and platforms.

    Expectations

    + Leverage subject matter knowledge of Information Technology areas to ensure requirements created for initiatives meet the vision, goals, and objectives of the IAM organization.

    + Multi-task in high pressure situations

    + Participate in team collaboration to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive business artifacts such as user stories, business requirements, etc.

    + Assist the creation and review of test plans, test cases, and test results to ensure complete validation.

    + Develop, maintain, and present project status updates to leadership.

    + Maintain and prioritize backlog items with collaborators.

    + Ensure post-production verification of functionality to ensure original vision is realized.

    + Maintain and prioritize inventory of outstanding defects and enhancements.

    + Apply an Agile mentality and behavior to effectively collaborate with agile team and stakeholder(s).

    + Apply problem solving and make critical decisions regarding functionality and priority across operations and project teams with a focus on delivering value.

    Abilities

    + Experience in Information Technology, cybersecurity, and Identity and Access Management in the banking space

    + Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope

    + Proficient in the use of relevant software tools, including Jira and MS Office Suite

    + Strong work ethic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and results driven.

    + Strong written / verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficient in flow diagrams; architectural and process driven (e.g., Visio, etc.).

    + Ability to read and write queries (SQL, Big Query, JSON, etc).

    + Understanding of Identify and Access Management operations and projects for transformation and mapping.

    + Defining functional specifications pertinent to models and diagrams.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and in a team setting.

    + Ability to manage tasks/projects concurrently.

    + Must have a deep understanding of **Data Governance** principles to establish data quality standards, metrics, and monitoring mechanisms.

    + Implement metadata management processes to capture and maintain data lineage, definitions, and dependencies. Including establishment of data dictionaries, glossaries, etc

    + Provide support for in-house audit and risk review through process creation, documentation of process flows, and detailed documentation of auditable procedures.

    + Own and maintain the SharePoint site for auditors, and structure documents for efficient audit review.

    + Create and enhance context diagrams for data solutions to maintain auditability.

    + Provide all the business rules, transformation logic, derived column expressions, SQL, etc. to build mapping documents

    Requirements:

    + Business Analyst (5-15 years) with experience preferably in Banking and Financial space, and in Identity and Access Management

    + Experienced Business Analyst with SailPoint Identity IQ and Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) Product Knowledge

    + Experienced Business Analyst with knowledge in Data Architecture, System Design, SQL , XMLs

    + Create and enhance context diagrams for data solutions to maintain auditability.

    + Provide all the business rules, transformation logic, derived column expressions, SQL, etc. to build mapping documents.

    + Experienced Business Analyst with advanced analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel (e.g., macros, formulas, Power Query, etc.)

    + Collaboration skills with line of business owners, including gathering, writing, and communicating requirements with technology teams and business partners.

    + Strong skillset needed in Jira, Confluence and Visio.

    + Ability to oversee other Business Analysts and run projects end to end.

    + 10+ years’ experience as a SharePoint administrator; able to create, design and oversee SharePoint sites that serve Audit function and purpose, Team SharePoint sites, and company-wide IAM library site.

    Job Description:

    + Works with a cross-functional team in optimization of application capabilities & business processes. Provide Business Analysis and Project/Product support for the development, enhancement, quality assessment, and on- going support of the relevant lines of business (LOBs).

    + Influence requirements for new application features and enhancements that are consistent with strategic priorities.

    + Participates in the design process to ensure it supports business requirements and an optimized user experience.

    + Capture requirements for a moderately complex system and/or multiple systems; understands the SDLC and its impact on deliverables.

    + Translate business requirements into technical requirements and convey with appropriate level of detail to the development team.

    + Broaden expertise of the business and work with technical and business teams to support business objectives.

    + Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases and user experience.

    + Understands security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalate to appropriate team(s) as needed.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
