Description We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support by handling inbound inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate records. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Address incoming customer calls regarding service, maintenance, and repair inquiries.

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate the dispatch of technicians to ensure timely resolutions.

• Provide reassurance and effective solutions to customers while maintaining a positive experience.

• Create and update customer accounts in internal systems with precision and attention to detail.

• Manage and organize account information using spreadsheets and administrative tools.

• Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed.

• Maintain detailed records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions.

• Assist in general administrative duties to support the team’s operations. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and office software, including Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize urgent customer needs.

• Familiarity with scheduling and dispatching processes.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
