• Onsite Chart Retrieval Specialist

    Description We are looking for an Onsite Chart Retrieval Specialist to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, for a long-term contract position. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting healthcare operations by ensuring the efficient retrieval and handling of medical charts.     Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and execute the retrieval of medical charts from healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

    • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and staff to facilitate chart requests and updates.

    • Utilize video tools and technology to support remote chart retrieval processes.

    • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient records during retrieval and transfer.

    • Maintain detailed documentation of retrieval activities and report progress to management.

    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues related to chart retrieval.

    • Adhere to all guidelines and regulations related to healthcare information and patient privacy.

    • Monitor and analyze data using R Code to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and internal teams.

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline chart retrieval processes. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare operations is required.

    • Proficiency in using video tools and technology for remote communication.

    • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov and its processes.

    • Working knowledge of R Code for data analysis and reporting.

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals.
