Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee data, development, and infrastructure initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, Agile methodologies, and relevant certifications. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the execution of data, development, and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

• Lead Agile Scrum teams to ensure smooth project workflows and timely delivery of objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira for project tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.

• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

• Organize and facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress.

• Guide teams in adopting Agile best practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Maintain clear communication channels with all involved parties to address concerns promptly. Requirements • Proven experience in IT project management, including handling data and infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and frameworks.

• PMP or similar project management certification.

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
