Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Analyst to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. This is a Contract-to-permanent position where you will play a vital role in managing financial operations and ensuring accuracy in accounting processes. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, attention to detail, and handling high-volume collections efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including high-volume collections and follow-ups.

• Ensure accurate and timely billing for clients and customers.

• Perform account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.

• Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting functions and improve workflows.

• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite to maintain records and track transactions.

• Prepare financial reports and documentation as required.

• Monitor payment schedules and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Support accounts payable activities when necessary to balance workload. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections.

• Strong knowledge of billing functions and account reconciliation processes.

• Familiarity with accounting software, preferably NetSuite.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume transactions effectively.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Basic understanding of accounts payable processes is a plus.
