This position is responsible for managing and maintaining ITSM data, tools, and technologies as well as analyzing, designing, implementing, and continuously improving the ITSM processes, ensuring their effectiveness within the organization.

+ Administers and configures ITSM tools (i.e. ServiceNow).
+ Designs, updates, and documents ITSM processes and workflows.
+ Updates tool configurations and data to facilitate effective ITSM processes.
+ Monitors tool performance and troubleshoots issues.
+ Trains users and provides technical support for ITSM tools.
+ Drives and owns the IT Asset Reclamation process (End-user Machines).
+ Identifies, creates, and coordinates Problem Records for Non-Major Incidents (Proactive Problem Management)
+ Updates, creates, and maintains internal IT and End-User Knowledge Base articles (Knowledge Management)
+ Audits, validates, and corrects relevant ITSM data (e.g. CMDB, Tickets, Locations)
+ Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
+ May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
+ Three (3) plus years of experience.
+ Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and a positive attitude.
+ Exemplary verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, including executives.
+ Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
+ Confidence and skill in directing others under pressure, ensuring focus and achieving optimal customer outcomes.
+ Excellent customer-facing skills.
+ Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
+ Strong analytical skills for sound decision-making and problem-solving.
+ Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
+ Excellent communication and training abilities.
+ Proficiency in ServiceNow (e.g. ITSM Modules, Reporting, and CMDB)
Salary: $67,500-92,800
