Responsibilities
Facility Operations Manager (FOM) who shall provide the overall management of facilities related work described in specific task orders awarded throughout the contract. The FOM shall be responsible for all facets of facilities operations and maintenance, with a direct line of communication to the COR. The FOM shall serve as the SITE Chief Operating Engineer. As such the FOM is responsible for the Facility Control Center, Facility Maintenance, and Infrastructure (custodial, roads and ground, waste management).
In the absence of the Program Manager, serve as AFO’s central point of contact with the Government for performance of all work on the contract.
This position is contingent upon award of the contract.
Position is located in Augusta, GA.
Qualifications
+ Ten (10) years of experience working in engineering, construction management, or facilities operations capacity.
+ Minimum of ten (10) years working Government contracts of similar size and scope to this solicitation.
+ Minimum of ten (10) years working Intelligence Community experience leading and managing facilities operations and maintenance, engineering and or construction management projects or programs.
+ Five (5) years supervisory experience, managing a workforce of 50-100 people.
+ One (1) year experience working with SCADA/EMCS control systems.
+ One (1) year experience/working knowledge of CMMS or other CMMS.
+ Strong personal leadership, management and organization skills as well as the ability to integrate and harmonize diversified functions to provide overall efficient and effective contract operations.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Exemplary attention to detail.
+ Maintains sensitivity to, and report on, instances of fraud, waste and abuse.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of project management processes and financial management skills.
+ Proficient at the suite of MS Office products and have proven communication, analytic and problem-solving, team building and collaboration skills.
