Job Description
At CAI, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring top-notch quality across all operations. We are currently seeking a **Quality Assurance Analyst** to join our team. Our Quality Assurance Department plays a key role in maintaining contract compliance and fostering continuous improvement within the program. This role will be a **full-time** contract, and **onsite** in Boca Raton.
What You'll Do
+ Conduct comprehensive audits and review performance reports to ensure contract compliance
+ Compile detailed reports assessing the contractor’s ability to execute key business processes
+ Gather and analyze statistical data from system-generated reports to measure technical, functional, and operational performance
+ Reconcile results daily, weekly, and monthly, and distribute findings to the contract manager
+ Monitor and document quality assurance activities
+ Provide coaching feedback to ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
+ Facilitate calibration sessions with departments to ensure consistency in evaluation processes
+ Partner with management teams to drive continuous operational improvements
+ Perform additional duties and special projects as required
