    Job Summary

    The Electric Transmission System Operations Center (SOC) Operations Services team is seeking a motivated professional to lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across Dominion Energy and Dominion Delivery business areas. This role involves analyzing internal processes and standards to identify opportunities for improvement, recommending and implementing changes that drive more economical and effective operations without compromising reliability, availability, or safety. The candidate will manage and expand SOPMs (Standard Operating Procedure Manuals), streamline workflows, and improve documentation practices. Responsibilities will include conducting benchmarking and best practice analyses, developing business cases to support process enhancements, and monitoring implementation progress. The role also requires expertise in SharePoint and metrics management, including program creation and oversight. Applying process modeling tools, project and change management methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the individual will help build scalable, data-driven frameworks that support continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

     

    Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

    Required:

    + 0-2+ years of related experience (Associate Business Process Analyst)

    + 2-3+ years of related experience (Business Process Analyst)

    + 5-6+ years of related experience, includiung experience with fully executing projects (Senior Business Process Analyst)

    Preferred:

    + Excellent documentation skills.

    + Customer service orientation.

    + Ability to plan, organize, and facilitate work sessions in a team environment.

    + Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).

    + Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.

    + Project management skills (PMP certification preferred).

    + Ability to develop and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor performance.

    + Proficient in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management.

    Education Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education
