    Position Summary and Purpose: To support field sales and marketing with impactful presentations and demonstrations of software to prospects as well as support customers via software installation, training and after-sales support.

    Essential Functions

    Customer-Facing Activities

     

    + Deliver customized software demonstrations of CI software products for prospects.

    + Conduct software training sessions for customers (on-site or remote).

    + Travel to customer sites to provide hands-on application training domestically and internationally.

     

    Sales & Marketing Support

     

    + Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill application requests in a timely manner.

    + Prepare and deliver impactful product presentations tailored to customer applications.

    + Create and support content development (videos, photos, demos) for sales and marketing use.

    + Share Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback with product management to guide future improvements.

     

    Software & Technical Support

     

    + Build and maintain laser posts for nesting software.

    + Build and maintain press brake posts for forming software.

    + Provide application assistance for programming, bending, and CAD software.

    + Support development of accurate machine configurations within CI nesting and forming software.

     

    Internal Collaboration & Product Feedback

     

    + Work closely with product, marketing, and training teams to highlight features and benefits of CI software.

    + Collect and communicate competitive intelligence and industry insights.

    + Participate in customer validation testing of new or updated software and equipment.

    General Responsibilities

    + Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to establish credibility with customers.

    + Manage scheduling and coordination of demos and application reviews with field sales.

    + Document all application support activities for future reference and continuous improvement.

    Work Experience

    Required Experience: 3 to 5 years

     

    + 3+ years hands-on experience with fabrication software including programming, bending, and CAD software packages.

    + Strong customer orientation.

    + Excellent communication skills.

    + Ability to take ownership of a project and lead by example.

    + Proficient in project management systems.

    + Experience with press brakes and/or lasers preferred

    Education

    + Associate degree in a technical field preferred
