Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator
Job Description
The Customer Support Coordinator will serve as the administrative support hub for all customer-driven activities, including billing, sales, and bids.
Responsibilities
+ Communicate and follow up with customers, sales team, credit, accounts receivable department, scale house, internal plants, outside vendors, and customer care, creating a relationship where the individual feels like the most important and top priority.
+ Manage all aspects of customer accounts, including researching and resolving billing issues, as well as following up on product returns and load diversions.
+ Employ problem-solving techniques to resolve issues and know when to involve others.
+ Utilize SAP, JWS, and Systech software.
+ Set up and maintain customer master price lists for external and internal sales in multiple systems.
+ Maintain all customer master files related to fuel surcharge, freight, and the setup of new ship-to locations.
+ Generate weekly and monthly reports using environmentally friendly methods for distribution to internal customers.
+ Request proof of deliveries from haulers and coordinate with the Logistics Department on all freight-related matters.
+ Copy, file, search archives, and retrieve tickets for assigned accounts.
+ Cross-train and provide support in multiple capacities within the team.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, and sorting through worksheets.
+ Strong communication skills, comfortable with email and phone communication regarding research on voided transactions.
+ Experience with SAP.
+ 2-3 years of administrative experience with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
+ Strong customer service or accounting experience, preferably in a sales environment.
+ Analytical and communication skills to deliver optimal results.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Oracle or SAP.
+ Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.

Work Environment
The team operates like a family, encouraging continuous learning through time management classes and coaching sessions. Fun activities are organized to improve skills. The office is open Monday through Friday, with an expectation to work an 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The team consists of 26 people. Initial training lasts about a month, with performance assessed within three weeks. A long-term commitment of 3 to 5 years is desired.

This is a Contract position based out of Deerfield Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
