Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
Key Responsibilities:
+ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies that align with business goals, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
+ Procurement & Supplier Management: Lead sourcing activities, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the availability of high-quality materials and services.
+ Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement systems to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
+ Logistics Oversight: Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments such as operations, finance, and production to align supply chain activities with organizational needs and demand forecasts.
+ Performance Optimization: Track and analyze key supply chain metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance performance.
+ Risk Management: Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
+ Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, including ITAR requirements.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
+ Demonstrated experience in procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
+ Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
+ Must be ITAR compliant—U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required due to access to controlled technical data.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
+ Professional certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or APICS.
+ Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
