Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Description
This role will support the Group Vice President of Connections and the Group Vice President of Bud Light & Budweiser. Responsibilities include handling executives’ calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling and preparing for meetings, managing the team’s budget, and leading special projects. The role offers exposure to leaders and excellent growth opportunities within the world’s largest beer company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and adaptability to evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and refine internal processes that support the executive team, coordinating resources to expedite workflow.
+ Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
+ Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other logistics.
+ Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, managing the flow of information to executives.
+ Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and coordination.
+ Perform administrative and office support duties.
+ Uphold integrity and strict confidentiality with all materials, exercising discretion when interfacing with the business.
+ Coordinate team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
+ Proven problem-solving skills, able to confront complex situations and bring people together to craft solutions.
+ Strong communicator, able to influence others through strong, concise written and verbal communication.
+ Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Anticipate and understand the needs of the team.
+ Interest in acquiring new skills with office productivity tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
