    Position Summary

    The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize profitability and competitiveness. This role involves analyzing market trends, evaluating cost structures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and strategic pricing decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze pricing data, market trends, and competitor strategies to recommend optimal pricing models.

    + Develop and maintain pricing tools, models, and dashboards to support decision-making.

    + Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.

    + Monitor and report on pricing performance, identifying opportunities for margin improvement.

    + Conduct profitability analysis for products, services, and customer segments.

    + Ensure compliance with pricing policies and maintain accurate pricing records in ERP systems.

    + Support ad hoc pricing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

    IQualifications

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

    + Experience: 2–3 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or related roles.

    + Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and statistical tools.

    + Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets.

    + Effective communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.

    + Familiarity with ERP systems and pricing software.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Francis, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
