Job Title: Client Services SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Specialist to establish and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, consumers, and our outside sales team. This role involves processing sales orders, managing customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Establish and maintain relationships with retail customers, consumers, and outside sales team.
+ Process sales orders and address any errors in payment terms or price discrepancies.
+ Handle return requests for designated accounts.
+ Manage incoming telephone calls with a focus on one call resolution.
+ Develop a deep understanding of product form and function.
+ Understand and apply customer sales programs and promotions.
+ Process requests for sales and show samples.
+ Coordinate with the Supply Chain on large orders and recovery timing for out of stock items.
+ Collaborate with the Credit Department on orders with credit holds and pricing disputes.
+ Track rollout orders to ensure timely arrival.
+ Work with warehouse staff to meet specific shipping requirements.
+ Prepare documents to contest customer fines and file rebuttals using customer portals.
+ Update customer websites with tracking information, order weights, and confirmation numbers.
+ Troubleshoot product-related issues and conduct research as needed.
+ Prepare warranty, parts, and replacement product orders.
+ Respond to information requests via email.
+ Participate in technical training classes to enhance product knowledge.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Manage accounts effectively.
Essential Skills
+ 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
+ Customer service, data entry, and call center experience.
+ Experience with Infor LN ERP system for processing sales orders and return authorizations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate degree preferred.
+ EDI experience preferred.
+ Experience with Infor LN/SAP/Cloud-based ERP systems preferred.
+ Account management experience preferred.
+ WMS experience preferred.
+ Action-oriented and strong data entry skills.
+ Detail-oriented with conflict management and resolution abilities.
+ Customer-focused with excellent listening skills.
+ Team player and problem solver with strong functional and technical abilities.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid work environment with the flexibility of working from home on Mondays and Fridays. The role requires being in the office from Tuesday to Thursday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cordova, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
