    ### Job Duties

    Established and growing company in Maple Grove looking for a Customer Service Rep/Warehouse support associate to join their team! Responsibilities include all duties related to Customer Service and warehouse operations.

     

    Must possess a teamwork attitude and be willing to take on all Customer Service & Warehouse related tasks. This is a good position for those who like a change every now and then. A plus to gain experience in 2 positions! This position will serve to streamline communication between customers and our warehouse to reduce response times to customer needs

     

    Responsibilities and Duties

     

    Assist customers with requests via phone or email

     

    Read orders and find product in warehouse

     

    Use forklift to prepare needed product for shipment

     

    Communicate with warehouse team to meet customer needs

     

    Assist in warehouse operations as needed

     

    Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude!

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Skills and Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with occasional team-lift on heavier items

     

    Previous Microsoft Office experience required. Experience with ERP software required; FACTS or Acumatica specific experience a plus!

     

    Forklift operator experience required

     

    Prior Customer Service experience required

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     

    Ability to read orders accurately

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    Requirements include 1+ years of Customer Service or shipping and receiving, with knowledge of ERP software (FACTS or Acumatica specific experience a huge plus!). Prior forklift operator experience required. Job requires lifting to 50-75 lbs.
