Job Responsibilities:

+ Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly, meeting performance goals

+ Provide accurate information about products, services, and retail locations

+ Process orders, route calls, and follow up as needed

+ Review and verify documentation for accuracy

+ Conduct insurance verification and obtain pre-authorizations

+ Navigate multiple EMR systems to access and enter patient information

+ Communicate trends and issues with insurance carriers to management

+ Contact patients when documentation does not meet payer guidelines

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (retail or restaurant experience accepted)

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office

+ Preferred: Experience in healthcare, inbound call handling, or CNA experience

+ Shifts vary: Most are 8:00am–5:00pm, occasional 10:00am–7:00pm and weekend shifts

+ Training: First day 9:00am–5:00pm, then standard hours; 2-week training includes orientation, systems training, and mentorship

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
