Key Responsibilities

+ Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

+ Clearly communicate the value of the company’s services and offerings

+ Build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships

+ Negotiate pricing and terms to meet customer needs while supporting business goals

+ Qualify leads and identify opportunities for the broader sales team

+ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions

Qualifications

+ Previous experience in outbound sales, collections, or customer service roles

+ Strong communication and negotiation skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

+ Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment

+ A positive attitude and a desire to grow professionally

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
