    Role Overview:

    We’re seeking a seasoned Principal Cybersecurity Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead the design and implementation of secure access controls across a large-scale enterprise environment. This strategic role blends deep technical expertise with leadership and innovation, ensuring robust IAM solutions for both internally and externally hosted applications.

    What You'll Do:

    + Architect enterprise IAM solutions including federated identity, SSO, RBAC, and multi-factor authentication.

    + Collaborate with application owners, service providers, and project teams to define and enforce IAM standards.

    + Serve as the final security authority on IAM-related project decisions and enterprise architecture standards.

    + Act as a subject matter expert on IAM trends, technologies, and product roadmaps.

    + Guide technical teams and influence leadership across functional areas.

    + Drive innovation through research and development in emerging IAM technologies.

    What We're Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    + 7+ years in information security, including:

    + 4+ years in cybersecurity architecture

    + 7+ years delivering technology solutions in complex enterprise environments

    + Ping Identity knowledge

    + PAM knowledge

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
